Alex works as a cinematographer and camera operator.
His career path has not been a straight one,
but has been marked by continuous growth and specialization.
Among other things, Alex has a completed apprenticeship as a photographer and a media designer specialized in video and audio.
He specializes in Steadicam and camera stabilization and owns a wide range of equipment.
His focus is on precise, narrative cinematography as well as calm, reliable collaboration on set.
Over the years, he has developed a keen sense of dramaturgy, movement, and timing—always with an eye on the essence of the story.
Throughout his career, Alex has received numerous awards. These accolades are part of his journey, but not his driving force.
What matters most are those moments when image, movement, and performance come together, creating something unique and authentic for just an instant.
His first camera work appeared in television travel documentaries in 2001. Since then, he has worked across a variety of fields: TV reporting, sports, music videos, corporate videos, advertising, TV commercials, streaming productions, and feature films.
He was also involved in the development of the X35 high-speed camera and the Kowa anamorphic lenses at P+S Technik in an advisory and testing capacity.
In addition to his work as a cinematographer, he has photographed campaigns for brands including Dynamit, Pomoca, ABS, Briko, and Adidas Eyewear.
Over 25 years in the business have built up a wealth of experience—not a linear path, but one marked by consistency and a steadfast love for the image.
Ready for new challenges.
